We use Royal Mail for most standard orders.
Postage is £5.00 for Tracked48 and £6.50 for Tracked24 for U.K. postage. These times are from the point of dispatch not from when you place the order. Orders above £50 have free delivery.
Any orders placed in ‘error’ will be subjected to a cancellation fee of £5 to cover our administration and transaction costs.
Product Information
Individual Products (defined as anything that is not in a box bundle) come in the most economical packaging for the item, and will not necessarily arrive in a box.
Please note that if you select gift wrapping that this is for the contents of the box, rather than for the box itself. All items in the order will be gift wrapped together. If you do not wish for this to happen, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Gift wrapping is not refundable.
It is your responsibility to check details before placing an order, or contact us beforehand.
If you need something by a particular date please get in touch to ensure we can accommodate this.
We aim to dispatch Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday each week.
We cannot be held responsible for postage times once dispatched.
Please ensure any issues with your delivery are reported within 48hrs. After this time we will not be able to do anything.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know if you want to return for a refund or exchange, and once agreed you have a further 14 days to get the items back to us. After this time the return will be refused and you will be responsible for paying the postage to get the items back to you. The items must be in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
